• Employee Information: We access your name, email address, and employee ID from your existing HR records at Project Masters to set up and manage your account.
• Work and Task Data: We collect information you submit while using the App, including check-in and check-out times, photos. This data is used to track your work hours and project progress.

2. How We Use Your Information

All information collected through the App is used solely for the internal business operations of Project Masters:

• For Payroll and Invoicing: We use your work hours, and completed tasks to accurately process your payroll and to generate invoices for our clients.
• For Project Management: We use your data to monitor project progress, assign tasks, and verify that work is completed efficiently and on time.

3. How We Share Your Information

• Your information is for the internal use of Project Masters only. We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes. Your data is accessible to authorized Project Masters' management and administrative staff as necessary to perform their duties.
• We may disclose your information if legally required to do so, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Project Masters or our employees.

4. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You can delete your account anytime and we will delete all the data linked to you.

6. Children's Privacy

The StaffAt App is intended for use by adult employees of Project Masters only and is not designed for children under the age of 18.
